The Adjustable Bench inSPORTline AeroBench doubles as a 98-cm-long aerobic exercise step platform with two different heights, which can be adjusted using an easily accessible lever. There’s another lever, which is used to untighten the hydraulic piston which controls the position of the backrest. Using the lever, you can adjust the angle between 0 and 80 degrees.
Apart from the adjustable backrest, you can also tilt the bench itself by folding down just one of its two legs. The surface of the bench is coated with anti-slip rubber, which provides outstanding grip even during the most intense of workouts.
What’s more, you can add more variety to your workout by using other exercise accessories. The bench features several holes for attaching resistance bands; and when you lift up the backrest, you will find practical storage space for smaller dumbbells or jump ropes.
